Removable Complete Dentures still exist as the treatment option of choice for majority of edentulous patients. The anatomical and adaptational limitations associated with this modality often refrains a clinician from attending patients of geriatric group. Most of the complaints associated with complete dentures are actual and not psychological, contrary to the belief of most clinicians. This article attempts to cover most of the common complains of complete denture wearers along with their possible causes and remedies.Keywords
